I said my goodbyes, I told her I loved her and that we would see each other again one day. my grandma has dementia so when I got one day she was lucid and remembered everything I broke down. I cried right in front of her and she reached out her hand and I held onto it so tightly. She gave me the warmest hug and a kiss knowing how much it was breaking me to see her in pain. She told me how much I meant to her and how much she loved me. I love you grandma and I'll miss you dearly
