@alexskitchenbangers: garlic herb parmesan steak sandwich 🤤 super easy recipe to make but absolutely BANGING I’m gonna claim at as a boujee date night at home dinner again 🫶🏼 469 calories per sandwich and 36.5g protein ✅ Hit SAVE for your next boujee dinner recipe 📌💗 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g steak (I used ribeye) Salt and pepper to taste White onion sliced Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 pave bake in the oven rolls ASDA 15g 50% less fat garlic herb cream cheese Rocket For the sauce: 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp rosemary 150ml beef stock 35g 50% less fat garlic herb cream cheese 20g parmesan 💗Start by frying off the onion in the garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Add water until they brown and softened and turn on low heat. 💗Rub the steak in salt and pepper and set to one side. 💗Add the beef stock to a saucepan along with all the seasonings for the sauce (you could use a levelled tbsp of steak seasoning instead) add to heat for a couple of minutes before stirring through the cream cheese. Turn the heat up for 5 minutes. Add in the parmesan and leave on medium heat stirring occasionally. 💗 Bake the rolls. 💗 Add the steak onto a hot pan, depending on its thickness, cook for 1.5 minutes each side. Leave to rest before cutting. 💗Spread over half of the cream cheese on each roll, top with the steak, onions, the creamy sauce and rocket. We had ours with a few smashed baby potatoes and a side salad.
