S’mores cookies🍪🍫🤍                                               Recipe:                                                                       Ingredients (makes about 10 cookies) -2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (270g) -1 tsp baking soda -1 1/2 tsp cornstarch -1/2 tsp salt -1 cup unsalted butter, browned and cooled (226g) -1/2 cup granulated sugar (99g) -3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed (160g)                                                                         -1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk, room temperature  -2 1/2 tsp vanilla  -1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (170g) -about 5 sheets of Graham Crackers  -about 3 Hershey’s milk chocolate bars  -about 10 Marshmallows (regular size, not jumbo) Instructions  1. Add the butter to a pan on medium heat. Constantly stir the butter. Once it is melted it will start to foam. Keep stirring for about 5 minutes, until it turns a golden brown color. You will begin to smell a nutty aroma. Once you start to see brown bits at the bottom of the pan turn off heat and transfer to a heat proof bowl to cool for about 10-15 minutes. Don’t leave it in the pan or the butter will burn.  2. In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt. Set aside. 3. In a large bowl add the browned butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined. 4. Add 1 whole egg, 1 egg yolk, and vanilla. Mix until combined. 5. Slowly fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. 6. Fold in the chocolate chips. 7. Cover and chill the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes. 8. On a lined baking sheet place the graham cracker squares. Add Hershey’s chocolate on top. Then add a marshmallow and cover the whole thing with cookie dough. I used about 3 tablespoons of cookie dough for each one.  9.
