@joodaily: matcha scones 🤍 one of my easiest recipes to date cause you can use a food processor to form the scone batter easily 🌝 i made the matcha flavour not too strong so you can add more matcha powder if you prefer 👍🏻 Scone recipe: 200g Cake flour 20g Green tea powder 5g Baking powder 30g Sugar 2g Salt 80g Cold unsalted butter 50g Cold egg 30g Cold heavy cream 30g Milk Egg white for egg wash Whipping cream: 50g whippping cream, 15g sugar Matcha ganache: 30g white chocolate (melted), 1tsp matcha powder (add more according to preference) 1. Mix all the dry ingredients first and mix in the cold butter 2. Once the batter is processed into a dry sand consistency, add the egg, milk and heavy cream mixture 3. Divide the batter into 4 and form balls. Brush egg white as egg wash 4. Bake for 23-25min in a 170C preheated oven. 5. Add whipping cream or matcha ganacha and butter cube as topping.
