For those who are wondering like me you can air fry at about 185C (365F) for around 15 minutes to get them nice and crispy instead of frying them in a pan

I made this tonight— so good! I used extra firm tofu and then also put it in a tofu press before the cornstarch mixture and they turned out perfectly crispy. This is a great recipe!

Just made it + quick pickle cuke side and some arugula - amazing. Air fry cubes 5 min before seasoning for super dry!
