Not bad, but would’ve been better if you wouldn’t have overcut with a circular saw. Finish cuts with handsaw.

I do it a little different. Measure inside of wall. Level across board to get wall width and plumb up from that point to get outside number.

the length of the rafters goes from long point to short point. I love the fact that he is using 2 by 12 for the roof rafters! rafters length is swuar
