You’ll miss out on making memories and you’ll probably go overboard when you give in to cravings. Aim for an 80/20 split over perfection ⚡️Just because it feels hard doesn’t mean you’re at failure. When you think you’ve got no more in the tank, push for 3 more reps because you’ll be surprised what your body is actually capable of ⚡️If you want to grow, you need to challenge your body. It’s easy to lose track of time when you’re chatting or scrolling on social media, so remember to set a timer in your rest periods. ⚡️The best way to ensure you’re progressing is to see the numbers. When you track your workouts you know exactly where you’re at ⚡️Random workouts won’t get you far because you can’t make sure you’re progressively overloading. I know it may be more boring, but if you’re serious about seeing results, it’s got to be done #gymmotivation #fitnessmotivation
