Ok I have to ask, all of my skincare is Korean/Asian brand because my skin is super dry/sensitive and it’s helped so much but I’ve read they don’t use retinol that’s why I haven’t tried retinol

Nah my skin is the best it’s ever been while being on it. You have to get through the stage of your skin purging. It’s helped fade my acne scars too

There’s diff forms or retinols. Retinaldahyde is great. Or bakuchiol. And you don’t have to use it to where you get the waxy skin

I’ve used tretinoin since I was 15 (I’m 24 now) for acne and I do not have a waxy look. My skin also never peeled or anything like that.

Thins it in a good way. It’s exfoliated all the built up dead skin. It shouldn’t irritate if using properly -slow start sandwich method or mixing

Well, there is Retin-A and Retinol. I thought each are different formulations even though they are both for anti-aging. Retinol-A is a prescription.

I fully agree! I have a permanent sensitivity, huge pores, and redness on my face from Retin-A/Tazorac and I haven’t used it in 10 years!
