Lagree Move of the Week: Diagonal Cable Kneeling Torso Twists ❤️‍🔥This variation of the Torso Twist using the opposite cable is a fantastic way to connect with the targeted oblique and help with some of our transitions like Scrambled Eggs!  Shoutout to Amy Peace for the inspo for this!  Most people have a hard time engaging the targeted oblique which is the side closest to the cable and this variation makes it much easiest to connect with it🔥 🔥Resistance: at least 2 light springs 🔥Duration: Starts at a minute 🔥Form/Alignment: Grab the cable from behind you and kneel on the center of the carriage with the body squared off to the side of the space. Anchor the feet against the side rail/ring of fire behind you on the carriage (this help prevent the rotation of the hips and helps keep them anchored) Keep the cable in the hand of the side closest to the cable.  Bring the other hand on top with the arms in line with the chest. Start to slowly rotate the torso towards the front platform following the hands with the eyes. Stopping before the hips rotate.  🔥Pairing: Single Knee Variation, Tailbone Torso Twist, Seated Torso Twist 🔥Tempo: You must go slow, starting at a 4 count but aiming for a 8-10 count! 🔥Mods: Bring knees closer to the front of the carriage for more resistance from the springs, bring knees closer to the back of the carriage for less intensity.
