There’s a new study out that shows that a machine learning algorithm is able to determine where wine is from with a 100% accuracy and at least 50% accuracy when it comes to the year. Alexandre Pouget & team at the University of Geneva used ML to analyze wines from the Bordeaux region of France, all between the years of 1990 and 2007.
