@alexkoekies: Ingredients : ✨1 zucchini ✨half a clove of garlic ✨200g ricotta cheese ✨100g shredded mozzarella ✨10 chives ✨4 basil leaves Steps : 1. cut the zucchini in thin lines, put them on a baking paper and sprinkle some salt over them 2. Bake them for 10’ at 180 degrees 3. Ricotta filling : just mix the ricotta, chives and basil thinly cut and add salt, pepper and olive oil to taste 4. When the zucchini are baked, put one tbsp of filling at the end of the zucchini line and roll it up 5. On a plate that goes in the oven, put the tomato sauce and the zucchini rolls, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over them 6.
