I felt a pop random somewhere, hours later after a walk I noticed pain in ribs and back ribs. Hip to Groin Pain too. The pain lingers for weeks, goes away, something I do brings it back.

I have MCAS and my symptoms always get tossed under that diagnosis. I have had so much pain under collar bone and in ribs for around 6 months on and off. Rib pain feels like a pinching bad side ache
