I agree with you on the fiber. Most bars only 1-2g and I'm pretty sure they could do better.

I do enjoy their galactic brownie. I mix those in with my quest bars depending on how I am with fiber for the day. Granted with carbcounter tortillas or keto bread, the fiber is fine
