So into each cup of water, dissolve 2 cups of sugar (or honey). The Citric acid/sugar ratio I used was 3 Tablespoons of Citric Acid powder per 1 cup of Sugar, but you can adjust this ratio to your liking depending on how sour bs sweet you’d like your fruit candies to be!
