@petermiljak: Seated Cable Row (Close Grip/Lat Focus) - Note: there is nothing wrong with using the D handle (narrow) attachment, however if you find it restrictive than use one that's shoulder width. Also, the more I lean and maintain a forward lean the more lower lat I will target and less upper back. But again this all comes down to what your immediate goals are for this exercise. For seated rows I go till failure and only use the one hand each handles so it doesn’t flare out and if I don’t then I have just bad form and won’t really help me get stronger and lose weight
