This challenge is about igniting that spark for movement and exercise (maybe again), to really enjoy the gym and what it means to be able to use and honor your body! This challenge will be very similar the original program: Get Stronger Getting back to my roots ya’ll. 🤟🏼$2,000 in cash prizes 👉🏽Gym equipment: leg press, barbells, cables, adduction machines, and stability balls. 👌🏽 Video modifications & written substitutions for home/minimal gym or regression. 👊🏼Each workout comes with a warmup & ends with a corrective exercise! Split will be: -lower body -upper body -lower body -upper body -Optional HIIT, mobility and core 👍🏽Time: 45 minutes for these workouts give or take 15 minutes on either end depending on time resources and business of the gym.
