@tylerpath: I hardly ever do the conventional rope pushdown bilaterally (two arms). Instead, I recommend doing it single arm (unilaterally) so that the rope doesn’t limit your range of motion and you’re able to ideally push harder and recruit more muscle fibers (high threshold motor units) due to increase stability #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding #TikTokTaughtMe
