I. Definitely going to try this recipe because the one I tried wasn't great .I tasted okay but it spread so much it called for 2 sticks of melted butter in it

My daughter makes the best pizelles. You can almost see through them, they are so light and crispy. BTW, no powder sugar on pizelles.
