@_anthonygross: The only way to lose weight, body fat, etc is to consume less calories than you burn. There are no other shortcuts. Two things that will greatly help. Wearable that tells you how many calories you burn and app where you can track how many calories your eating (myfitnesspal). If you do this, eat enough protien, and train hard in the gym, you WILL have a beach bod 🏝️
