WEEK 4 OUT OF 12: I fucked up and mugged. Holiday and lazy. Everyone fails but it’s not an excuse, pick it up.  - Weight: 79.8 KG (+2.5KG)  - 5km run time: 28:26 (-43 seconds) . I can’t understand how horrible I fell off the last few weeks were. I didn’t exercise and let myself go on holiday. I WAS MUGGED AT KNIFEPOINT. My life was in chaos. It’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve properly worked out or did an update. It has been an awful period. . But let’s reflect on it. Every journey has its bumps. These updates aren’t the picture perfect version of fitness influencers you see online. This is real life for the average person. I fucked up, I’ve ate thousands of calories worth of McDonald’s, pizza and carbs. I binged on holiday with no exercise, drank until I blacked out, and once I was mugged ate my feelings away. . But that doesn’t mean there wasn’t any good. I had a small chance to relax for once. In the horrid 5km this week, I actually did my fastest 1km! And even though I’ve put on 2.5kg overall in 3 weeks, considering the time I haven’t been working out, the amount I’ve ate, the things I’ve gone through. You know what, that’s not too bad!  . I’m writing this from a treadmill right now, my only thought being that the next week will not be the same.  . To everyone who comments and supports me, it means so much you have no idea. And to the haters, please keep hating because it gives me insane motivation. I can’t handle positivity 😂  . Let’s not let the last few weeks fuck up the genuinely good progress that’s been made. Let’s run it up!! 🏃
