Shouldn't that wall plate be spaced off? It looks higher than the DPC, so the house will probably damp from surface water off the decking. Very neat job tho boys 👍

boards upside down the groove goes down and is there to stop the board bevelling in the center this will rot within 3 years n slippy in 2 months

The beam on the wall should have a 15 mm gap atleast as it’s above the damp course you are just going to cause damp
