@therealveronika_: Replying to @bb3sky Once you've done all you can and the customer asks for a supervisor, the supervisor should be taking the call. Don't offer a supervisor, be confident and follow your company's guidelines, but if they ask, transfer the call. Don't ask if you can transfer, instead let the supervisor know you're ready to connect them with the customer. Don't be intimidated by supervisors, they're just people and when you work for the same company, you're working towards a common goal.
