Well don't fret because I'm here to help breakdown advanced mobility exercises for the common folk. This one from @coachgreen.pt is a tough one because you need a good amount of shoulder, hip, ankle, and toe mobility. The best way to tackle these drills is to break it down joint by joint. Shoulder exercises: Doorway extension stretch: 1 minute hold per side Sleeper stretch: 1 minute hold per side Hip: Couch stretch : 1 minute hold per side 1/2 kneeling hip flexor stretch: 1 minute hold per side Ankle/toe: Elevated heel raise: 10 reps (hold in the stretch each rep for 5 seconds) Motor control: Lastly, it's important to learn the drill by making it easier for you to practice, so prop your elbows up on a bench and bust out some reps.
