Ingredients * 1 medium size sweet potato, cut in cubes * 1 carrot, sliced * 1/2 zucchini (courgette), sliced * 50g (1/2 cup) cheese * 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs Method 1. Steam sweet potatoes, carrots and courgette until soft (check with a fork) and let them cool. 2. Preheat oven to 180°C (350 degrees F) and line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat. 3. Place the steamed veggies in a bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher. 4. Add cheese and breadcrumbs then mix well to combine. 5. Scoop a heaped tablespoon of the mixture and form it into a tot. 6. Place your tots on the prepared tray. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden. 8.
