@girlgoneabroad: ….I think 2024 is going to be a RIDE. Have you ever been acutely aware that you’re in the middle of a pivotal moment in your life? Where the decisions you make will be big ones that change your entire trajectory? The last time I remember feeling this way was in 2015. I was living in Thailand - my two best friends left and went back to the states, my mom had just come for a visit, and I’d had my heart broken. I felt completely and utterly alone, and I was pretty much as far from home as a person could be. It was a real low point and I could’ve easily just gone home - but I decided to stay. And nothing but good came out of that decision. I used to thrive off of uncertainty - these days not so much - but everything has always worked out one way or another.
