@bradleymartyn: We can’t expect to become the person we want to become. While being the person we hate. You have to learn to forgive yourself. To become the person you want to become. Otherwise you will keep living as the person you hate. We can’t change what we’ve done. You can only control where u go and what u do next. So forgive yourself of that version of yourself that was still learning. Learn and continue on day by day. The rewards are there waiting for us. We just need to take these practices with us daily in order to eventually have them feel like habits, an in turn the norm. If we refuse then we are allowing the opposite, allowing the version of ourselves we hate to build a further connection with our subconscious and keep us beholden to our old thoughts and old mindset. The only way for true growth is the discipline to work harder everyday to actually BE better. No more excuses this new year… #rawgear
