oh GOD I worked there for one Christmas as a seasonal temp, and the sales goal was to get 6 products on EVERY customer or you'd get written up.

Used to work in lush, we’re made to go up to customers within 15sec of them entering the store. I got written up because I didn’t do it once🤦🏼♀️

I used to work at Lush and it knocked so much of my confidence. Nothing was good enough. You would do the most and still have managers critiquing.

lush is so scary but i always remember that one employee who when i was 14 and my little kid card declined she calmed me down and gave me a free bathbomb based off the perfume i liked from there 🥺

1/1 I once didn’t get a job at Lush because during the interview I had to sell a product to the interviewer. I asked her if it was okay for me to try the product on her skin. I didn’t get the job..

I don't mind Lush tbh, you just got to play them back for as many free samples as possible.. I've not bought shampoo/conditioner for years lol. staff are forced to help so be nice to them

At the lush I live near, you can pick up a different coloured basket if you don't want them talking to you. It is my best friend.
