We have rented the house we live in for 9 years there has been a rodent problem and a bat problem way before we moved in We are clean people actually have made their home into a home that’s looks like it should be in a magazine except for the bats that we have figured out live in the walls and the mice They do not take it serious

I was fixing a mouse hole in the wall and I fell through the floor. I fixed the hole and sent a picture of before and after I was sent an eviction notice due to purposely damaging the house I have been threatened with eviction several times after for me fixing things with the house

@Kimmy💜: If you are subleasing office room, space and your contract does not have any policy about breaking lease. Are you allowed to break the lease without any issues? Due to there is nothing stating it in the contract.
