I run mine in my 30x40 garage with 12 foot ceiling. It won’t heat it but it will almost maintain 60 degrees once it’s up to temp. Two of them would .

They have been using those in semi’s for years, different set up but same deal. They do work very well and heat pretty good. Been using one for years.
