@cakedbyrach: Linzer cupcakes ❤️🫶🏼🧁 I made almond flavoured cupcakes 🧁 but you could use any flavour. Fill the liners until almost full to get the larger dome on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes (170c fan) Once cooled, carefully cut off the tops and use a small heart cutter to cut out the shape in the centre. Dust the tops with icing sugar now (before you place them on the cupcake) Add strawberry & jam to the top of the cupcakes and then pop the tops back on. You can then add more jam to the cut out heart shape. These taste amazing, and would be even nicer with a dollop of fresh cream.
