Beef Bulgogi 소불고기 Ingredients (for 2 servings) - 300g of beef - 1/2 onion - 2 green onions - 1 king oyster mushroom (optional) - Bulgogi sauce - Sesame seeds - Sesame oil - Pepper Bulgogi Sauce - 50g soy sauce - 50g mirin - 20g sugar - 10g corn syrup - 100g water - Spicy chili pepper (can substitute with pepperocino Whole) Recipe 1. Sear the Beef: Sear the beef on high heat for 1–2 minutes. 2. Marinate the Beef: Cut the seared beef into bite-sized pieces and put them into the bulgogi sauce. 3. Caramelize the Onion: In the same pan, add the onions and sauté over low heat for 2–3 minutes until caramelized. 4. Add Mushrooms and Green Onions: Add the mushrooms and green onions, stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add to the bulgogi sauce and let marinate for 15~30 minutes. 5. Enhance the Flavor: Heat a frying pan on high heat, pour in the marinated ingredients, and sear to enhance wok hei. (Optional: If you skip this step, cook in the pan for 1–2 minutes instead.) 6.
