My mom always told me (for a girl) to use Vaseline after changing babygirl. A finger swipe front to back and never had diaper rash with us !

You have to refrigerate or only make a little at a time yall! Mine got nasty because I made a big batch 😂😂 I should have known idk what I was thinking. It will get sour!

Or if you use the Vaseline in the first place as a barrier you won’t get nappy rash
