@chloedonnellyy1: If you take anything from these videos is that you shouldnt feel guilty about eating food especially when you have enough other pressures in your life. Although ideally id like to lose a bit of weight for some exciting things coming up in the future and would like to commence a deficit, i need to listen to my body. I am sick and stressed with uni exams so i need to fuel my body. Two years ago i would’ve prioritised training and eating in a calorie deficit over everything including revising for my exams. In stressful times, when i wouldve gave in to my body’s cravings (which i now know i needed for energy) i wouldve felt so guilty and would sent me spiralling. Ive come such a long way and have the best ever relationship with food ive had. Would love to atleast help one other person feel like this too 🫶🏽 #unistudent #whatieatinaday #wieiad
