Omg, my hubby and I rode a similar slide almost 13 years ago on our honeymoon in Costa Rica and they made us put on a huge diaper looking thing. The turns were so fast that I almost flew off twice and at one point we were at a standstill because there wasn’t enough water and a huge gecko landed on my foot. I kicked it off into the forest. We were pretty high up. We had to wait for another splash of water to move us. The next couple was a daughter and father and the daughter had to get rushed to the hospital. I believe she fractured her leg. 😳
