@elevatewellness_pt: GF protein balls 💪🏻 • I will be snagging some of these for quick morning and afternoon snacks 😋 • 2 cups rolled oats (if strict GF make sure your oats say GF on them. We had GV brand left over and I’m not about to waste food with the prices that groceries are so I used up the last we had in this recipe) 2 scoops protein powder (I love the NAKED brand as it’s literally only whey protein concentrate. It mixes well and I can add whatever to flavor depending on my mood) 1/2 c. Mini choc chips ( I used enjoy life brand as it only has cane sugar, chocolate and cocoa butter) 1 tsp Himalayan salt (or regular sea salt) MIX DRY INGREDIENTS On stovetop heat 1/2 cup brown rice syrup (I had to buy this one online because I couldn’t find locally. It definitely helps the protein balls stick together better than honey. You can also substitute honey. However, I was out and prefer to buy locally sourced honey as much as possible) 1/2 c nut butter (I used peanut butter with literally the only ingredient peanuts. You can use any nut butter you have or prefer) Heat until well incorporated over medium heat. Mix continuously.
