I’ve seen people painting Elmer’s glue on their windows, making it look kinda like it did in the beginning! Used a sponge roller!

You can get some opaque window film and put it on the inside if you don’t want it to be see through.

If you don’t like it you can put on mod podge/white glue or they make paint specifically to cloud windows.
