I got my doc to give me 10s of my meds to combat this. The unfortunate thing is I’m so random I can’t tell if I’m just weird and overthink and never take them.

Usually our hormones are blamed for us going “crazy” on our periods when it’s actually the opposite and there’s a huge drop.
