I’ve been with my company for 20 years and and applied for a supervisor job in my department. Didn’t get it they chose a guy from another department that’s been there for 5 years.

No. sometimes, you better quit toxic job before you get depression. I was working so hard everyday. more than 15 hours sometimes 20 hours so I was so tired and lost my mind.
