@vickyplamenova: sometimes I like to just set a timer & turn my brain off, so what I did for this one is 30 sec ON / 10 sec off & 3 rounds if you prefer sets & reps, you can do one round of 16 reps each or 2 rounds of 8 each for example #mobilityroutine #mobility #fitnessmotivation
