Hold and breathe, then switch sides. 2. Cat Cow: From tabletop, inhale and arch your back (cow), lifting chest and tailbone. Exhale, round spine (cat), tucking chin and tailbone. Keep spine long. Flow slowly with your breath. 3. Dynamic Gate Pose: From kneeling, extend one leg out to the side. Reach both arms overhead. Press hips back while hinging at the waist, reaching sideways. Return upright. Repeat, then switch sides. Keep spine long. 4. Windshield Wipers: Sit with both knees bent at 90° (one in front, one to the side).
