I had to have lower back surgery due to herniated disc and it was absolutely the best thing! I was in so much pain before and every since surgery I’ve had no pain at all.

don't rush into surgery, please do lots of research beforehand (I speak from experience) I also know how bad it sucks 😕 hope things improve for you 🤟

I’ve two disc protrusion’s one is operable but the other is not, I’m in two minds on getting the op it’s costing £20k for the op or wait 3 years

How did you get an op?? Iv suffered with mine for 20 years and I have 2 herniated dics and they refused me. Told me they can’t take pain away.

My boy, now 20, had surgery on a prolapsed disk when he was 14. Caused by rugby and motor cross. He was like a new lad straight after surgery😁

I had a bulging disk and the pain was out of this world I couldn’t walk but had an operation it still plays up but a lot better swimming is the best
