sign and date the last piece, show my family then put it in a gallon bag and write "zero pieces missing" so the next person knows all pieces are accounted for

Haha I've never heard of anyone who does what I do. I flip it over and number the backs so I can do them again in advent calendar style🤷♀️

we usually say "woow this one we need to glue and frame" then it sits for a while then we put it in the box again
