I’m 6 days post opt from a bilateral SALPINGO OOPHORECTOMY. Today everything is hitting me at once. They didn’t prepare me for this! Trying to recover from surgery and dealing with this is hell

This is me. The insomnia and anxiety is awful. I started HRT 4 weeks ago. No improvement except worsening acid reflux. Please tell me it will get better.

definitely wish they had told me about the severe insomnia, pelvic issues, and memory loss. oh and breaking out like a teenager again. hopefully they're testing your levels they refuse to it for me.

My surgery is in 3 weeks and now I've hit the stage of panicking about it. I'm brca2 and watched my mother go through chemo 8 years ago. I think I'm making the right decision, but I'm still unsure.

right after my c-section they found cancer cells on my fallopian tubes and everything i’ve gone through mentally with surgical menopause i would of rather took my chances with the cancer

Im about to have this surgery due to BRcA2 positive. I already deal with these issues and informed well on it but if it keeps me here for my babies I'll choose it 100xs over.
