There’s an art to cooking with cast-iron. You can’t say that it’s uneven cooking. It’s extremely even cooking the whole thing heats up… If your pain gets too hot, you have to turn your temperature down. You should know this. But I do enjoy your videos because for the life of me, I can’t cook in Steel pans. But your videos are gonna help me change that.
