Much more efficient process if only one attorney does both transfer and registration,not always possible,but the best option in my view.

Thank you for your response. Yes i was referring to the Tranfer attorney's and Registration attorney's. Its crazy that we have to pay double when.

The same attorneys did the registration and transfer in my case,yes it can be done provided that same attorney is registered by the bank to do reg.
