@fiftonfitnessuk: I tried the Rock’s Chest workout from when he was training for black Adam. The workout started off well with the seated cable flies. It was 4 sets of 12 consisting of: - 4 reps - 3 second negatives - 4 reps - 3 second iso holds - 4 reps - normal tempo This helped warm up my chest and pumping blood into my pecs. The higher reps and tri set at the end gave me a crazy pump and was a nice change from doing lower reps.
