@foodies.stay.fit: ✨Easy & Healthy Turkey Chili✨ Macros: (makes 3 servings) each serving is 325 cal | 50g P | 37g C | 2g F Please Adjust Recipe & Ingredients to your liking👊🏼 Ingredients: 16 oz (1|b) Lean Ground Turkey 96/4 1 medium chopped yellow onion 3 minced garlic cloves 1/2 Jalapeño minced (optional) 1/2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking) Seasonings: 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp chili powder Salt & pepper to taste 1 full can of diced tomatoes (14oz) 1/2 small can tomato sauce (8oz can) 1 full can small red kidney beans (15oz) 1/2 cup water Toppings: (optional) Plain Greek yogurt Reduced fat cheddar cheese Green onion slices Notes: in a medium pan add 1/2 tbsp olive oil on medium heat. Add all chopped veggies and allow to cook until onions are translucent. Add ground turkey and break it up using wooden spoon. Add all of your spices, canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans and 1/2 cup of water. Give it a good mix, turn the heat to low, cover and allow for it to simmer for 20-25 min. All done!
