If using extra firm tofu, press for 10 minutes 2. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes 3. Put olive oil in pan and turn on stove 4. Put tofu in pan and toss to coat in oil 5. Sprinkle cornstarch over tofu and toss to coat 6. Sprinkle nurtritional yeast and toss to coat 7. Add salt and pepper to taste 8.
