Everytime I think about the word prion I can't help but think of prawn and end up picturing shrimp shaped proteins turning other proteins into shrimp shape.

my grandmother (age 80s) and aunt (age 60s) died with/of alzheimers. lots of chronic insomnia in family. I've had severe insomnia since childhood, so did my dad, brother, and son. prions???
