one of the side effects of this medication is insomnia and sleep disturbance, so I started taking early in the morning, at least j can sleep at night ,I think it's not a good idea to take at night

This is gold for my occasional anxiety I have. My doctor put me on Ativan and I did not like it. It was like a bandaid. Propranolol is also non addictive .
